Thanks to a helping hand from Oprah Josh Gorban rocked up the charts. But Jordin Sparks has taken the title of worst album sales by an American Idol. Jordin’s self title CD only sold 119K copies. Taylor Hickes pulled in 298K his first week out and Fantasia pulled in 240K her first week out. Thus making Jordin’s debut the worst in Idol history. Rubin Studdard opened with 417K and Clay Aiken tops them all with 613K sold his first week out.

Hmmm, let's see Brad. I realize it's more than 2 months later but let's see just how "right" you are. She has a gold selling debut album. She has if I'm not mistaken one platinum and one gold, and I'm sure it will soon be two platinum singles. This is out of 3 singles released, and I'm pretty sure all 3 singles have been at least Top 20 hits, and 2 have been Top 10 hits. She did a heck of a national anthem at the Super Bowl, picked up an NAACP Image Award, and oh yeah for people who think it's all about record sales in stores and nothing else, she's done EXTREMELY well in online downloads. The only idols that have her beat in that category are Kelly Clarkson, Carrie Underwood, and Chris Daughtry. You may be a decent guy or not, I don't know. But how about waiting longer than a month or two before patting yourself on the back? A lot of people who thought Jordin would flop also thought Blake would sell records like crazy. How's that worked out?
ok some of her songs are so good, like "no air"! people just aren't paying much attention to her talent...
I called it all along. It feels good to be right. She is just too young and inexperienced - I absolutely knew she would not be successful.

okay, listen. jordin sparks can own all of u. shes pretty, educated, and gee well she can SING! unlike taylor hicks, she can sing, and shes good at it. hicks won off of votefortheworst.com and thats a shame. jordin sparks ios the only american idol winner that is popular. i thought hicks died the week after he won. he aint big, famous or popular. jordin sparks rocks are her songs are DECENT> SCREW THIS SITE.

Jordin is the best thing that's ever happened to American Music. Especially with her Hit single featuring Chris Brown "no Air", that song's a hit & her other hit "Tatoo". Everyone in South Africa is talking about her. She's got lots & lots of fan's all over the world. I'm one of them.
