Didn’t Beyonce do this already???

From Martinipink.com:

Solange Knowles is following in Beyonce’s footsteps by holding auditions for her backup band. Solange is looking for singers, instrumentalists and individual band members with a great look, strong musicianship and stage presence to become members of Hadley Street Dreams, her band. All members must be able to dance. The Hadley Street Dreams, a 60s-inspired full band, will perform all live shows with Solange in support of her upcoming album to be released this August on Geffen Records. Positions to be filled are: 2 female back-up singers, 1 drummer, 1 guitar player, 2 keyboardist, and 1 bass player.

Auditions take place on March 6th from noon to 6:00pm, with sign up ending at 3:00pm promptly, at: SIR Studios, 6465 West Sunset Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90028. Make sure to email: AuditionRSVP@MusicWorldEnt.com before arriving!

Solange Knowles does look very good in this photograph. Maybe she will be lucky enough to put together the band she is trying to and down the line we will see more great photographs down the line.
