Know if you personally know me you know I have worked BET’s Spring Bling twice. It is by far the most ghetto event I’ve ever attended. But if you like seeing C list rappers and girls half naked then this is right up your alley.

SPRING BLING PROGRAMMING LINEUP:
  — BEACH TOWEL THROWDOWN — Hosted by 106 & PARK’s Terrence and Rocsi; this one-hour special features performance from the biggest names in hip-hop and R&B, including J Holiday, Ray J, Webbie, Boosie, and Keyshia Cole.

  — RIDES, RIMS, AND RUNWAY (RRR) — Hosted by BET’s own Big Tigger, Alesha Renee and Wyclef Jean; the most tricked out celebrity car show hits the beach combining the best elements of urban culture: whips, hips and good music.  RRR encourages spring blingers to enter their “tricked out cars” into the competition.  The cars are judged on originality, rims,  gadgets, overall appearance, etc.  Featuring: Shawty Lo, Rocko, Ryan Leslie, Lupe Fiasco, Rick Ross, and Chingy.

  — GET TO STEPPIN’ — Hosted by Dancing with the Stars sensation Mario and THE BLACK CARPET’s Danella, this special is a competitive, national step show competition in which the winning team takes home BET HONORS, along with a bevy of cool prizes.  Featuring: Day26, Teyana Taylor, Tiffany Evans, Pleasure (formerly of Pretty Ricky)

  — REVAMPED — Hosted by BET’s own Danella and Ray J; already one of the hottest shows at SPRING BLING with thousands of submissions from dancers from across the nation — this special consists of two teams reenacting their favorite videos.  This year the dancers will be
auditioning for an opportunity to dance with Laurieann Gibson and Devine Stephens.  Revamped is not for amateurs — only hard working
dancers need apply.  Featuring: Teyana, Taylor, Soulja Boy, Laurieann Gibson, and Pop It Off Boys

  — FEATURING LIL WAYNE — Exclusive concert with Lil Wayne.

  — SOULJA BOY’S PLAYHOUSE — The phenomenon that is Soulja Boy will be making his debut on the SPRING BLING stage for the “under 21″ set. It’s an hour-long concert with Soulja Boy and friends for the kids.

  — IRREPLACEABLE — SPRING BLING twist to the “dating game.”  Is the grass truly greener on the other side of the fence?  BET searches for a
couple in a committed relationship and puts them through a series of tests to find out if their soulmate is irreplaceable or if they should be kicked “to the left … to the left.”

  — WEEKEND 100 — A group of college students are put to the budget test.  Can they survive SPRING BLING weekend on a $100.00 budget?

  — TOUGH LOVE — Hosted by 106 & PARK’s Terrence and Rocsi; BET finds four couples to go head to head in a three-round competition that will consists of physical challenges, body painting competition and relationship trivia.  Featuring: Fat Joe and J. Holiday

  — SWEAT ON THE BEACH — What happens when you put six celebrities against each other in head to head competition under the sun?  Answer: SWEAT ON THE BEACH.

  — I’M FAMOUS — Have you ever heard people say, “My baby’s going to be famous one day?” Well, SPRING BLING will be making dreams come true. Participants will receive a glam squad, an entourage, and full VIP treatment.  Their one task is to make people believe they’re famous.
