It’s summer time and there are a ton of parties and events you have to go to. I know I’m almost out on a weekly basis at an event or something work related and it’s easy to just get whatever and then work it off at the gym. But instead of doing that why not eat smarter. I’ve found that Readers Digest has a ton of great health related articles and today I found “Eat Smart When Dining Out: 20 Tips.” Here are just a few of the tips to get you started:
1. Ask your waiter to “triple the vegetables, please.”
2. Ask how the food was prepared; don’t go by the menu.
3. Beware of the low-carb options.
