Thanksgiving is this week and we wanted to kick off our full week of Thanksgiving Greasyguide.com with our favorite holiday cocktails. But we’ve added a twist…we’ve create or modified our drinks as some of them where inspired by some of our favorite bloggers. So check out our list below and enjoy!
We love reading Perez Hilton. He totally has the funniest website around right now. So this drink mixes his signature color:
1 1/2 oz Jim Beam bourbon
3/4 oz Orange Juice
Juice from 1/2 lemon
1 tsp grenadine
One Splash of Hot Sauce
Mix and blend and you’ll be good to go. This is the perfect drink for when you are sitting in a coffee shop on your PC thinking about how to take over the entertainment industry.
One of my favorite websites is Martini Pink ran by my homegirl Elon. She sent in this drink recipe for you all to enjoy.
2 ounces Cranberry Juice
2 ounces Ketel One Vodka
1 ounce Cointreau
1/2 ounce Lime Juice
Juicy Cherry as Garmish
3. The Kanye West
Kanye has one of the funniest celebrity written blogs on the web. I love it when he writes in ALL CAPES LIKE THIS WHICH IS REALLY ANNOYING! Enjoying this cocktail while listening to 808’s and Heartbreaks.
1 1/2 oz Absolut® vodka
1/2 oz peach schnapps
1/2 oz coconut liqueur
1 1/2 oz cranberry juice
1 1/2 oz pineapple juice
Mix well. Garnish with a slice of orange and a cherry, and serve. It’s very colorful like the color combo’s that Kanye West often puts together.
I live in Harlem so of course I look to UpTownFlavor to tell me what’s hot in my hood.
1 1/2 oz gin
3/4 oz pineapple juice
1/2 tsp maraschino liqueur
2 pineapple chunks

2 oz Knob Creek bourbon whiskey
1/2 oz triple sec
1 oz lemon juice
1 egg white
Combine bourbon, cointreau, lemon juice, and egg white in a shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and pour into an old-fashioned glass. Garnish with an orange slice, and serve.

1 splash Campari® bitters
1 sugar cube
1 drop Angostura® bitters
Place a drop of angostura bitters on a sugar cube and drop into a champagne flute. Add champagne and splash of campari.
I *Heart* Allhiphop and Illseed. Even though Mr. Illseed punked me a few weeks ago on his blog he is still my homie…but I will get you back for that pic. LOL!
1 oz Absolut® Peppar vodka
1 dash grenadine syrup
juice of 1/2 limes
Mix and serve with a hip-hop swagger.
