Singer and actress Eartha Kitt has died, according to her publicist Patty Freedman, and reported by CNN just hours ago. Eartha Kitt was 81 and her daughter Kitt Shapiro, was by her side until the end. Eartha was suffering from colon cancer and passed away in a New York Hospital.
Eartha Kitt is best known for her Holiday Classic “Santa Baby” and for her being the first African-American woman to play Catwoman.
