Bourbon-Blue Cheese Dip
1/2 pound good quality blue-veined cheese
1 8-oz block cream cheese
6 tablespoons Jim Beam® Bourbon
Have cheeses at room temperature. Mash the cheeses and stir in Jim Beam® Bourbon, blending vigorously with a fork until smooth. When ready to serve, slice apples and coat with lemon juice to prevent darkening. Dip will keep for 1 month covered in the refrigerator. The flavors steep during this time and the bourbon flavor becomes more distinct.
