The dress would have been good if it didn’t have so much hardware on it. I loved the bottom belt but the armor on the shoulder was way to much hardware and over powered the dress. Keep it simple and less is more should have been in the mind of the designer. Paula like many other celebs are using more and more unknown designers and skipping well known designers. But as we see here this was just to much.
