CW cancelled “The Game” in 2009 when fans stopped supporting the show.
But the re-runs of the show have been doing so well for BET that they
have decided to put money into a new season of the show. “The Game”
featured a cast led by Tia Mowry, Brittany Daniel, and Wendy Raquel
Robinson as, respectively, the girlfriend, wife, and mother of three
professional football players in San Diego.
The show, a spin-off of “Girlfriends,” ran for three seasons on The CW.
