TMZ is reporting that an arrest warrant for R. Kelly has been issued. R. Kelly failed to show for a court hearing today in Chicago. He is reported stuck on his tour bus somewhere in Utah. He was scheduled to appear today at 9am at a hearing but was not present. R. Kelly must appear in court tomorrow at 9am sharp or will be thrown in the slammer.
