Romello Montez Hill is the name of R&B singers Monica’s new baby boy. She gave birth to her second child on Tuesday. The baby is a healthy 19½ inches long and 5 lbs, 6 oz. Monica is currently working on a new album slated for a possible Fall 2008 release.
