Ok guys so I’m trying to lose weight. So I felt the best way to really track my progress is to get out there and share the whole experience with the world. So I’m using Weight Watchers: For Men. And this is week one.
Here is my current weight: 316.2
So each week I will update you guys on my current weight and how it’s going. I will also post some other tips and if you wanna follow me alone then please do so. I’m on a 44 points a day system with Weight Watchers and my goal weight is 230 by the end for 2008.
