If all goes well this week we could see another Venus vs Serena Williams match up at Wimbeldon. Venus is the defending Wimbeldon champ but Serena has been kicking ass esp. with Maria Sharpovia out of the picture now. Both sisters are in the semi finals and should have a good time working their way to the finals for another serious sister vs sister match. Serena has been the winner of most of their face offs so Venus will have to work extra hard to pull out a Wimbeldon win.

On Monday, July 21, Emmis rhythmic WQHT (Hot 97)/New York will replace “Miss Jones in the Morning” with current Hot 97 part-timers Cipha Sounds and Peter Rosenberg (5-7 a.m.) and ABC Radio Networks’ “Big Boy’s Neighborhood” (7-10 a.m.).

The Queen of Crunk and B, Ciara has just signed a lavish deal with Wilhelmina Modeling agency. The new deal will now allow her agency to help cast her in movies, TV shows, and other deals. Ciara is also looking to start her own clothing line and maybe even her own perfume. Does anyone know how well any of these celebrity based clothing lines or perfumes really do in the market place? I would love to see the yearly sales.

But I will say this..that out of all the new girls Ciara and Rihanna are the only ones that I see having a long lasting careers.

Michelle Obama is the it girl that everyone loves. She is stylish, educated, and seem like someone you just would sit and talk to for hours. And today on The View she showed them all how it was really done. First and foremost she give a shout out to Hillary Clinton and lead the audience in an applause for her.

Janet Jackson left a voice message for her fans on SayNow.com. In the message she talks about the up coming Rock With U tour and the false rumors of the tour not going to Eurrope.

“I want to let you know that any rumors that you’ve heard of me not taking the Rock Witchu Tour to Europe and other places – it’s false. This is a world tour, so we plan on hitting all of those spots. Don’t believe everything you read.”

R. Kelly has finally cleared his name. A jury has found him not guilty on all charges. R. Kelly was accused of 14 counts of child pornography. The case has lingered for many many years but finally it is over. The Chiago courts have officially cleared R. Kelly name from any child pronography speculation. The video tape which was used over and over again in this case proved not to be enough. If R. Kelly had been convicted he would have faced up to 15 years in prison.

Prince, Cher, Bette, Elton John, and many other well know artist have set up shop in Las Vegas. Toni Braxton just ended her stay in Las Vegas. So why doesn’t Janet go make a deal with one of the major hotels and set up shop in Las Vegas.

Janet is a visual artist and it’s best to see and experience her music live. I’ve been to everyone of her tours and it’s an amazing experience. So what if Janet took her skills and show to some place like MGM Grand or New York, NY in Las Vegas and set up shop.

There she could put on her show her way and she would be one of the hot tickets on the strip. I could easily see MGM Grand giving Janet about about 120 mil. if not more to be the feature artist at the hotel and she would not have to deal with the shady music industry. Hell she could even pop a nipple out if she wanted to and no one would think twice in Las Vegas.

I know as a fan I would want to go she this show as many time as possible. Plus think of how much money she would make on people buying her past albums in the gift shop, her t-shirts, and other items. She would make a killing. Think about it Janet!

T-Pain has been making a lot of noise in the music business. With tons of hits under his belt he is now branching out into his own record label. But he’s not going the traditional route. Nappy Boy Digital is an indie record lable and will focus on web distribution of music.

“My life and career so far has been about breaking barriers and this label allows me to continue that by delivering hit songs in real time, no red tape, just good music,” said T-Pain to the press. “You’ll hear us in the clubs and on radio too, but you can discover our tracks where people spend most of their time, online. I’m very proud to be out front on an idea like this.”

T-Pain will use this as a means to promote his own music but will also promote Jay Lyriq, Tay dizm, Young Ca$H, and Sophia Fresh.
